For more than 30 years, Bobby Broom has been one of the top Jazz guitarists. He has performed with Sonny Rollins, Art Blakey, Max Roach, Stanley Turrentine, Kenny Garrett, Miles Davis, Dr. Lonnie Smith, Charles Earland, Dr. John, Kenny Burrell, Eric Alexander, Ron Carter and Ramsey Lewis, among others. His outstanding work with the Deep Blue Organ Trio won him critical acclaim, and the Bobby Broom Trio’s recordings have been top 10 hits on the JazzWeek and College Music Journal charts for more than a decade, landing him on DownBeat’s list of the world’s most influential Jazz artists.
